How to place an order?

Add any items you wish to purchase to your cart.  When you are finished you can view your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon and then complete the checkout process.  

How do I check my order status?

If you’re a registered user you can LOGIN to check the order status by clicking the ORDERS link.

How do I cancel or adjust my order?

Please contact us immediately at Info@WildBlossomOrganics.com or 541-382-9420 to cancel or adjust your order. 

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email confirming your order and another with the tracking information when your order has shipped. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please CONTACT US

Are there taxes or any hidden charges?

No, due to our location within Oregon you will not be charged any sales tax. 

There are NEVER any hidden fees and we NEVER charge any service or handling fees. 

You just pay for the product and shipping, unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

 

How does the money back guarantee work?

It’s simple…If you’re not satisfied with any product you may return it for a full refund within 30 days.

Please contact us with the order number, product details and reason for return.

How much is shipping?

For orders shipped within the United States

  • Free shipping on orders over $50.
  • Orders under $50 is just a $3.99 for shipping

International orders

  • Free shipping on orders over $400.
  • Orders under $400 starts at $20, depending on the location. The cost will be calculated at checkout

How do you qualify for FREE SHIPPING?

For orders shipped within the United States

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $50 including all discounts and coupons.
  • If your order totals $50 after the discounts are applied you will automatically qualify for our free shipping option.
  • For orders under $50 (with discounts applied) there will be a flat rate $3.99 shipping fee.

International Orders

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $400 including all discounts and coupons.
  • If your order totals $400 after the discounts are applied you will automatically qualify for our free shipping option.
  • For orders under $400 (with discounts applied) shipping starts at $20, depending on the location. The cost will be calculated at checkout.

What shipping method do you use and how long does it take?

We use USPS first class shipping on most orders.

First class shipping (within the US), is generally delivered within 3 – 5 business days, depending on the location.

USPS Priority Mail is available for an extra cost. Depending on the location it usually takes 3 business days within the US. Please check www.USPS.com for international delivery times.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

We try to get your order out as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed and ready to be shipped within 24 – 48 hours. You will receive an email with the tracking number.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.  

If you’re a registered user you can LOGIN to check the order status by clicking the ORDERS link. 

If you’re not a registered user please check your email for the tracking number.

Do you ship internationally and what is the cost?

Yes, we can ship internationally.

  • Free shipping on orders over $400.

How do I register for a free account?

It’s very simple. Just select LOGIN from the menu and complete the registration section with your name, email and password.

Why can't I login?

Do I have to register to place an order?

No, an account is not required to place an order. You can check out as a Guest. 

How do I update my account information?

Once you’re logged in on your ACCOUNTS page select ACCOUNT DETAILS on the left side. Make the necessary changes and select ‘Save Changes

Do I have to register to receive a free consultation?

No, you do not have to register to receive your free personal consultation. Please CONTACT US to schedule your free personal phone consultation.
